It is the people


Next time you are tempted to talk about markets and customers and trends in behaviour, force yourself to say people. That will help you understand that whatever you are seeing is a reflection of how people like you and me behave.

I have been working to get access to yet inaccessible channels to people in an industry. And only when I figured out how they behave and why they behave like that, did I make any success.

So get into their heads before you talk to them.
